Here it is folks, the finished product of my Sentinel.

Anime in origin, this son-a-bitch has taken me FOUR days to completely draw in Photoshop.

Filters used:
Blur, Gausian Blur, Sharpen Edges, Lens Flare, KPT 3.0: Spheroid Designer

Styles used:

Most of the work was done using paths and polygonal selection marquees. It took me quite a while to do. The overall image, before merging linked layers, had more than 800 layers. Now, each individual section (12 portions of his body altogether) has a little under 10 layers, give or take a few.

I'M VERY PROUD OF MY WORK DONE HERE :D (Big Grin)

. More so that I printed this character up, on photo paper, no less.

This is very impressive beserker. As a stand alone image I think your 2D linework needs work, but who really gives a shit about that. It's the robot that's important. It's amazing, and considering you did it all in Photoshop makes it even greater in my opinion.

Only thing I can think of is to mabe add some detail to the inside of his shield, even if it's just making some inset panels in the gray color of his wings, that would look cool IMO.
